Drivers said their cars were damaged by watered-down gasoline

Customer Joseph Baldwin said when he tried to drive away after filling up his tank, his car wouldn’t go.

“I never left the pump," Baldwin said. “It would not start back up."

Ronnie Head was hired to figure out what went wrong. He found water, and lots of it.

"It’s in the actual tank,” Head said. “What’s happening is, these spill buckets are filling up and the manholes are filling up. And the water is going in through the fill caps.”
