The Georgia Department of Agriculture has been investigating the fuel at the AM-PM Gas Station in Grovetown after several customers claim there was water in their gas.
An inspector with Ga. Dept. of Agriculture was out at the station on Wednesday and said the gas samples taken passed the on-site visual inspection. He was called back out to the Grovetown station on Thursday after the samples failed the lab tests after finding water in the gas.
The results came in just before 3:00 p.m. and it wasn't long before bags were put up over the pumps and the tanks were locked.
