NAIROBI, KENYA: Energy Regulatory Commission has blacklisted 56 petroleum outlets found either selling contaminated or export bound fuel. The regulator said it conducted inspection between the months of September 2015 to February 2016 where 75 tests from the 56 stations turned out to be non-compliant.
