An investigation is underway at Hudson Bus Lines, the company contracted to provide school bus service to all eight schools in Lewiston.
Nearly 75 percent of the 5,300 students in the district ride the bus.
Webster said there was water in the fuel lines and they discovered frozen fuel filters in those 14 buses.
Exactly how and why that happened is under investigation.
